FAQ

What kind of events do you photograph?

I specialize in music-focused events, especially electronic ones: DJ sets, music portfolio sessions, club nights, concerts, festivals, brand activations, and private parties with live performers.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m based in Wrocław, Poland but available to travel for events nationally and internationally. Travel costs may apply depending on distance and logistics.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates fill quickly, especially weekends and festival season. Booking 2–6 weeks in advance is recommended, but last-minute inquiries are possible and always welcome.

How many photos will I receive?

Delivery depends on the length and scale of the event and booking: 2–3 hour club night is 80–100 edited photos, 4–6 hour event means 100–200 edited photos. a Full festival or multi-day event is custom quote and delivery volume. a dj sessions means 20-60 fully edited images ready to use.

How quickly will I get the photos?

Typically, preview highlights are ready within 24–48 hours, and a Full gallery within 3–7 days. Rush delivery can be arranged if needed.

Do you edit all the photos?

Yes. Every delivered photo is professionally edited for color, contrast, lighting, and overall consistency while preserving the authentic atmosphere of the event.

Can I use the photos for promotion and social media?

Yes. All clients receive a license to use the images for marketing, social media, press, and promotion. If you need extended commercial licensing, we can arrange that as well.

Will you share the photos on your own social media?

I share selected highlights in my portfolio or social channels unless specified otherwise. If your event requires confidentiality or delayed posting, just let me know before the shoot.

Do you bring your own lighting?

Yes. I bring professional low-light camera gear and flash lighting when appropriate. I work carefully to enhance the atmosphere without disrupting the vibe of the event.

What happens if the event runs late?

Overtime coverage can be added at an hourly rate and can usually be arranged on the night.

How do I book you?

Booking is simple:
  1. Send an inquiry with event details (date, location, duration). Do it via email, FB, or IG.
  2. Receive a confirmation with quote and package options.
  3. Secure the date, e.g. with a deposit.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is possible depending on availability.

I’m awkward in front of the camera… will you guide me?

Yes, 100%. Most people aren’t professional models and that’s perfectly normal. I’ll guide you through natural poses, movement, and expressions so the photos feel authentic rather than staged. Still, I’ll follow your vision and ideas so the shoot reflects your personality, brand, and the vibe you want to communicate.

What should I wear for the shoot?

Bring 2–4 outfit options that match your brand and genre.
Avoid tiny patterns or large logos (they distract on camera). Bring accessories you actually use (headphones, sunglasses, USBs, jacket). Black works great in clubs, but bring one outfit with contrast too. When in doubt, think: Would I wear this on stage?

Can we shoot in a club or music venue?

Yes, and it’s highly recommended. We can shoot in empty clubs before opening, during soundcheck, or during a live performance.

How long does a photoshoot take?

Typical session lengths: mini sessions are 45–60 minutes, standard artist shoot about 1.5–2 hours, and multi-location branding shoot may take 3–4 hours. We plan timing based on how many looks and locations you want.

What kind of photos will I get after a private photoshoot?

You will get a balanced mix of press photos (clean portraits for promoters), social media content, performance shots, detail shots (hands, gear, crowd energy), vertical and horizontal formats. Basically, a full visual toolkit for your career.

Do you work with clubs, promoters, and brands long-term?

Yes. Ongoing partnerships and recurring events are welcome and can include custom pricing.
